  • act out the key moment

  • take a photo to remember the moment
  • buy something to commemorate the occasion
  • close your eyes and picture it, relive it
  • tell somebody
  • journal about it
  • listen to a song that resonates with the moment
  • meditate on it
  • celebrate
  • make art
  • do something physical (squats, pushups, etc. and think about it)
